POSITION:  PART-TIME DEPUTY

OPENING DATE:  January 15, 2010
CLOSING DATE:  Position will remain open until qualified individual is found.                                               

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the County Recorder, perform skilled tasks in the Recorder’s office.   Must be proficient in the use of the typewriter (65 words per minute), copy machine, and computer.   Must be able to communicate effectively and amiably with the public both in person and on the telephone.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regularly walk, sit for extended period of time, stand, stoop, and lift heavy objects.
